Yes, HQ is a pet-friendly community that welcomes both cats and dogs and offers an outdoor pet run for added convenience. Residents can have up to two pets per apartment with certain breed restrictions and weight limits. For household pets, there is a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $500 due at move-in, and monthly pet rent of $50 per pet. All residents (regardless of pet status) are required to create and maintain a PetScreening profile. Household pets are subject to a $30 annual fee charged by PetScreening every 12 months during residency at HQ Apartments.

Residents are responsible for utilities including utility billing fees, water, sewer, pest control, and trash, which are billed via a ratio utility billing system (RUBS) and posted to your monthly rental charges through HQ. Separately, you will be billed for your electric usage through Xcel Energy, which you will pay directly.
HQ includes Xfinity internet in all apartment homes and charges a flat fee of $50 per month to your rental account for services. This is a mandatory monthly service fee. Additionally, you have the option to opt-in for additional Xfinity services such as TV, mobile phone service, or internet speed upgrades. Our community features a limited number of stylish Penthouse floor plans designed with larger square footage, open concepts, taller exposed concrete ceilings, premium dark stainless-steel KitchenAid appliances with gas stoves, custom closet shelving, and oversized windows to maximize city views. Select Penthouses may include multiple balconies, additional closet storage, or unique features.
Yes! HQ offers a limited number of Electric Vehicle (EV) charging stations. A limited number of spaces are reservable for an added monthly fee of $250 per month (plus a $25 ChargePoint account billing). HQ also offers communal, pay per use parking spaces that can be used first-come-first serve for residents who have a garage space assigned. Electric usage for these spaces is paid by the user, based on the amount of charge used. The charging stations are through ChargePoint, and an online app-based account is required to use the stations.

We strive to make your application process as easy as possible! You may apply online by visiting the Apply Now section on our website. Application fees due when applying include s $50 application fee per applicant, and a $550 holding fee (which translates to your security deposit upon approval and move-in). Please note that the deposit amount can vary based on credit screening, and deposits can be as much as 1 Month’s rent of the apartment chosen. Contact our leasing team for more details.
