Welcome to HQ Apartments’ Preferred Employer Program. Members of our Preferred Employer Program receive Waived Application and Administration Fees, as well as a lowered Security Deposit. This is based upon qualified credit approval.
If you do not see your employer listed below but feel they’d make a great addition to our program, please reach out to our office to establish a relationship.
HQ Apartments Preferred Employer Benefits include:
• Waived application fee ($50/applicant)
• Waived administrative fee ($150)
• Reduced deposit from $550 to $150 (pending credit approval)
